Suicide bombers may be misunderstood

Do you know the 'Legend of the Yumiri' - native Indians of Cuba? The Spanish Conquistadores - military trained invaders with high tech weapons, great defences and deadly germs (muskets, steel, measles) - captured the Cuban Indians and forced them to dig up their island's most valuable natural resource (gold) for export back to Spain.

Legend has it that, knowing that they had no other way to defeat the invaders, entire families of Cuban Indians climbed to the top of a mountain, cursed their pursuers, and jumped to their deaths. By jumping they avoided humiliation and died with dignity.

Is Zarqawi the reason for suicide bombings in Iraq? I don't think so.
